AMARO DEL CENTENARIO

The ‘Amaro del Centenario’ is born from a blend of highly selected aromatic herbs, medicinal plants and fresh citrus fruits. It is a product with complex and modern features; it can be excellent for enriching classic and innovative cocktails, but also it can be enjoyed as an aperitif, necessarily with ice.

AMARO DEL CENTENARIO RISERVA

It is the aged version of the bitter with the same name, produced by the descendants of Aldo and Maria Cerutti, liqueur makers in Canelli. Only 225 liters were bottled, from a single batch of 7752 liters of Amaro del Centenario of the 20th April 2018.

GIN DRY DISTILLED RC MUSK + (A*T)

An elegant and surprising Gin that combines the tradition of classic distillation with the lively soul of Moscato d’Asti, which gives it a unique profile and a delicate, golden, brilliant color. On the nose it releases intense aromas of white flowers, sage and the unmistakable musky and sugary note of this famous Piedmontese wine. On the palate it is soft, round and pleasantly aromatic: the botanical component of the gin blends harmoniously with the freshness and juicy aspect of moscato, giving a persistent tasting balance. Perfect to drink neat, with tonic or as a base for fruity and refined cocktails.

GIN GAM 7.2

Of all the adjectives used to describe this Gin, ‘UNIQUE’ and ‘UNUSUAL’ are certainly the most appropriate. The production of small batches with ancient stills and the addiction of selected botanicals enhance the freshness and intense aromas of this special Gin. These characteristics are certainly unobtainable and unproducible. A product with an excellent versatility in the most current mixology.

APERILAS BITTER

Bitter ‘’Aperilas’’, a natural infusion of herbs and spices, was born with the ambition of being a modern liqueur with great structure, peculiar and strong aromatic notes. It is an excellent product for mixing, it has a wonderful body and is well suited to the preparation of excellent aperitif cocktails.

APERILAS SPRITZ

Aperilas SPRITZ 16° is a liqueur with a low alcohol content, sweet, with an intense and pleasant taste of herbs and citrus fruits, red with bright orange reflections, it can be consumed as it is or with ice, but it is ideal for creating cocktails with sparkling wine such as the famous Spritz.

VERMOUTH DI TORINO

Vermouth is a historic product, which brings us back to the Italian tradition of making aromatized wines. Maison Cerutti has undertaken this way with great passion and competence and interprets it with total fidelity to the taste of the past. Its White Vermouth of Torino is recognized as a true excellence, which fits with the best traditions.

VERMOUTH ROSSO DI TORINO

Cerutti red Vermouth is born from a historic recipe jealously kept by the family. The careful research of raw materials took time compared to the more immediate entry into the market of its broche, made in the white version.

GENEPY

All the aroma of Artemisia Mutellina is released in this liqueur where the herbaceous and floral notes, typical characteristics of the Piedmont Alpine valleys, give this product an unmistakable typicality and make it unique and absolutely recognizable.

LIMONQUORE

Using the traditional lemon of La Spezia. Limoncello Limonquore, involves the use of exclusive selected and untreated fruits, with the infusion of only the outermost part of the peel, richer in aromas and essential oils. Just using natural ingredients, Limoncello Limonquore is a product of the highest quality.

SAMBUCA

Cerutti’s Sambuca is transparent and colorless, it has inviting fresh notes of anise, its right balance between the alcohol content and the sugar is noted on the palate. Thanks to the sugar content, this liqueur denotes a correct degree of viscosity so to arrive almost immediately to the intense flavor of anethole, with a pleasant persistence that decays on fresh and invigorating aromatic notes. This Sambuca can be consumed according to the typical customs of the Italian tradition: neat after a good coffee, with ice, with a coffee bean so called ‘alla mosca’, diluted with water ‘al fantasma’, flambèe to better savor the aromas and as the basic ingredient of various cocktails.

OUR GRAPPAS

Cerutti Grappas have been selected, reproduced and revisited according to the methods used by Aldo and Maria Cerutti, already distillers in Canelli in the second half of the 20th century.
